We love sharing our home with guests who treat it like their own. Please take a moment to read through the following guidelines — they help us keep Casa Del Prado beautiful, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. 🌴

• Please remove sandy shoes and wet swimsuits before entering the house.
• Use provided makeup towels to avoid staining linens and bath towels.
• No glitter, confetti, or dye (including hair dye) anywhere inside the home.
• Indoor furniture should remain indoors. Outdoor cushions and décor should not be brought inside.

🔇 Quiet Hours
• The city of Cape Coral has a noise ordinance
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. The home is in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents nearby — thank you for being considerate. (We have Minut installed to monitor noise levels)
• No amplified music outdoors after quiet hours.

• No diving or running around the pool area.
• Children must be supervised at all times — there is no lifeguard on duty

• Pool heating is automatic; please don’t adjust the equipment or pool controls.
• Keep all doors to the lanai closed when the A/C is running.

🚭 Smoking & Vaping
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the lanai and pool deck.
• Evidence of smoking will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

• Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

• Parking is available in the front driveway and garage driveway..
• Please do not park on the grass or block neighboring driveways.

• Garbage pickup days are early Monday morning. Please roll bins to the curb the Sunday evening before collection and return them after.
• Use designated recycling bins for plastics, glass, & paper.

• The propane grill is available for guest use — please turn off propane and clean the grill after each use.

💛 Our Promise
We take pride in offering a peaceful, family-friendly escape — a home where memories are made and every guest feels cared for. Following these rules ensures Casa Del Prado stays that way for every family who visits after you.
Reservations are confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and payment is received. The total includes the nightly rate, a $235 cleaning fee, and required Florida lodging taxes (11%). Payment is collected securely at the time of booking.

🧼 Professional Cleaning Between Every Stay
• The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest.
• All high-touch surfaces, door handles, remotes, and light switches are disinfected.
• Linens, towels, and pool towels are laundered and replaced fresh for every new arrival.
• The pool, lanai, and outdoor areas are also inspected and tidied between stays.

🧴 Supplies Provided for Your Stay
We provide starter supplies to make your trip easier:
• Dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels
• Trash bags, basic cleaning wipes
• Laundry detergent pods
• Bathroom tissue, hand soap, and body wash
For extended stays, guests may need to restock as needed — there’s a Publix, Target, and Walgreens within a few minutes of the home.

🏡 During Your Stay
• Please treat the home and furnishings with care.
• Wipe up spills quickly to avoid staining surfaces or linens.
• Do not use towels to clean makeup or self-tanner — designated makeup towels are provided.
• If an accident happens (wine spill, broken glass, etc.), just let us know right away — we’re easy to work with and appreciate honesty more than surprises.

🚿 Pool & Outdoor Areas
• Pool service is scheduled weekly, normally on Friday — the technician will enter through the side gate.
• Guests are welcome to brush off leaves or debris between cleanings if needed; a skimmer is provided.
• Please avoid using glass around the pool.

🚪 Before You Check Out
To help our cleaning team prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask that you:
1. Start the dishwasher before you leave.
2. Place used towels in the laundry area.
3. Return furniture and décor to their original spots.
4. Take out trash, don't forget the trash bin on the lanai.
5. Ensure all doors and windows are closed & locked.
This small effort helps us maintain the five-star experience every guest deserves.
