• Primary suite: King bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to the lanai
• Guest room 1: Queen bed
• Guest room 2: Two full beds (great for kids or teens)

• Sunroom: A daybed
The home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and has an open, one-level layout perfect for families and multi-generational stays.

Maximum occupancy is 11 guests total, including children & infants.
Are pets allowed?
At this time, pets are not allowed.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (depending on cleaning schedule).

South Del Prado Point is located on South Del Prado Boulevard S in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral, FL — just minutes from restaurants, beaches, & shops.
There’s ample parking in the private driveway.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. You’ll find the network name and password in your welcome book upon arrival.

Is the pool heated?
Yes — the pool is heated year-round and included in your stay. Please note that it can take 24–48 hours to reach full temperature if recently refilled.
